Modern* Competitive Control Discard Dragons UBR (Grixis)

My attempt at making a grixis dragon-discard deck.

Fill your and your opponents graveyard through discard like Rakshasa's Secret and Dark Deal or Sphinx's Tutelage. Preferably through Waste Not.

Once his/her hand and the board is clear, raise the dead through Fearsome Awakening, Haven of the Spirit Dragon or Kolaghan's Command. Dragonlord Kolaghan if your opponents graveyard is full or if you need a quick stab, Silumgar, the Drifting Death for something more subtle.

Monastery Siege adds to your advantage once both hands are empty, aswell as adding (too) expensive dragons or useless discard to your graveyard. Combo's nicely with Sphinx's Tutelage. Thinking of replacing Thunderbreak Regent with Avaricious Dragon to further the sphinx combo.

Requesting help! I've been switching cards from mainboard, side board and maybeboard for about a month, but it still feels like this is not the best version it can be. I've tried subbing Waste Not, Rakshasa's Secret and Dark Deal for Draconic Roar and Taigam's Scheming and Foul-Tongue Invocation to abandon the discard theme, although not unsuccesful, it still feels a bit fragile here and there. So comments and critism welcome. It really helps and is always appreciated!

P.S. Will this still be viable when Waste Not rotates? Any suggestions?
