Maybe Dragonlord's Servant because of the dragon spells?

Agreed. Dragonlord's Servant provided a blocker and technically ramp into dragons. Even if he shows up late the lesser cost allows for multiple plays.

I would keep you Secure the Wastes main to either go wide, or provide chump blockers. You have enough removal in main, but in the even you need more removal/protection keep Valorous Stance in your SB.

mainboard changes: -1 Hidden Dragonslayer, +1 Kolaghan, the Storm's Fury

sideboard changes: -1 Whip of Erebos, -1 Mastery of the Unseen, +2 Foul-Tongue Invocation

This weeks FNM will make a couple changes. -2 Hidden Dragonslayer and +2 Seeker of the Way. I am thinking with the copious removal I already have the prowess will do me good.

I haven't played this meta much, so take this with a grain of salt, but it seems to me like Soulfire Grand Master is the weakest link of the cards here.

Yeah I use him for life gain if he sticks using the Draconic Roar and Crackling Doom. IF all else fails he uses up some of the opponents removal before the dragons come out. Since this deck is good at getting lots of land out, late game can buy back the Hero's Downfalls and Crackling Dooms. So he is in there for utility. Narrowly lost my last match of FNM this week to Red Deck Wins. Otherwise was crushing this week. Next week going to play my white deck for variety. My brother may play my mardu dragons deck since he is still shopping around for play ideas.

too lazy to make the other deck work right for this week's FNM, so I put in some refinements to this deck. The Seeker of the Way was fail for me so switching back to Hidden Dragonslayer.

2-1-1 at FNM. Was a bit bored with the deck and the games were long. Thinking of reworking the mono-red deck for next week to change things up.

i would honestly put in one more Kolaghan's Command it's just such and amazing card
