Well then I finally went out to test out the deck in some sort of informal competitive area. It went as well as i expected.
Match 1: vs Abzan Midrange
Game 1: Survived for a bit until Elspeth and Sorin came out. I didnt have any card in hand to deal with those. A loss.
Game 2: Opponent was mana flooded for a while so i just played out my Siege Rhinos and Aniok Bon-Kins to win.
Game 3: This was the most equal one by far, until Elspeth came in again. I already used my sideboarded Glare of Heresy on his Ajani, Mentor of Heroes and used Banishing Light on something else so again the tokens just killed me.
"That's a damn good budget deck you got there"
Match 2: vs Abzan Control
Was not expecting to go against this here. It's such a small minority that I didnt have anything to deal with it.
Game 1: Every time I got a creature out it either got exiled, Bile Blighted, or Heroes Downfalled. Only one survived and that was a lone siege Rhino until he attacked me with his 2 4/4 lands that he got from Nissa and a Courser of Kruphix for the win.
Game 2: Banishing Lighted his Tasigur then he played Elspeth right after. I need more removal :(
Game 3(For fun): Holy hell this was annoying. I got him down to 1 life with Siege Rhinos and Aniok Bond Kins. But i wasnt able to kill him. He used End Hostilities and i couldn't get any sort of damage on him. Then Elspeth and Sorin came out he just gained all the health he lost back.
Match 3: vs Mardu Aggro
Game 1: Phoenixes. I couldn't safely outlast anyone to make them gain that flying.
Game 2: He was mana screwed and I played three Siege Rhinos in a row.
Game 3: Every time he attacked i lost 4 life. That was a shame.
In the end i knew i needed more removal. Bile Blight was a must, more glare of heresy's, 1 more Banishing Light, more Reap What is Sown in the sideboard for the aggro decks, and eventually Heroes downfall.
At least i got a promo card and another Crux of Fate in the pity pack
