This is the list I'm actually playing at the Commander Leviathan tournaments in my area. Some inclusions as dual lands or redundant copies of powerful effects like Capture of Jin Zhou aren't in the budget, the list is as good as it can get taking into account how much I can afford, but I am considering some changes in the future, like -Compulsive research +Wheel of fortune The deck works quite well, it really depends on how good the two cascade triggers are, but it's resilient enough to survive and recycle the commander to search for better cascades. Many cards are personal inclusions which try to counter some strategies at my game store, like Abrade or Price of Glory. The deck is weak to fast combos and aggro, but with good draws it can survive until Maesltrom Waderer cascades into a boardwipe effect and another threat. Extra turns are among the best effects to cascade into.
