Scorns instead of Dismissal? Part of me took the dismissals for the scry 2 to help sort cards. Another part of me wants to remove the flares for the scorns. Or maybe the myth realized and the flares for three scorns? Hmm, decisions.
As for AEtherspouts, if I can find them then I will, because I've had them pulled on me several times.

May I suggest using Hero's Downfall instead of Ruinous Path. This is because it is an instant and you'll be able to do more with it.
Other than that, I LOVE ESPER!

They serve the same purpose really, they both cost 5 mana and they both clear the board. The advantage of Planar Outburst is that if you have 9 mana you can make a creature, which it is possible to do, but mostly they serve the same purpose. They clear the board.

I'd recommend going up to 25-26 land and archangel avacyn seems like exactly where you want to be, as you could be holding up a counter spell, removal or avacyn.

I have a few suggestions:
Evolving Wilds will help with mana fixing.
A B/W land might be included. Right now you have Caves of Koilos, Shambling Vent, and Forsaken Sanctuary.
Silumgar's Command is an awesome sideboard card. It is good tempo in the late game, especially against man lands.
Removal is iffy right now, but you still have access to Ultimate Price and Immolating Glare.

I think I will be throwing in Shambling Vent x2 for 26 lands, and you say Avacyn, while I like her... a lot. I don't see why she'd make a good addition, other than being a big flyer that can transform into something meaner if something else is killed. I don't have many creatures I want to get killed, therefore she seems a bit hard to transform. Lovely because she is a vigilance flyer, but I don't think I can get full value out of her.
I will consider evolving wilds, and I will certainly add Shambling Vent to help me with that life gain.
Silumgar's Command Yeah, with the number of late game planeswalkers flying around, I think that it might be a good tempo card, but also a good removal card for planeswalkers as well!
Right....I forgot to add Immolating Glare, what do you think of that at the moment? Should it go in, if so..where? Also don't forget we had Declaration in Stone! That seems like a 3 or 4 of!

I just like the way it impersinates Restoration Angel and in a way colonnade from modern in control decks! she's still great with just her front side! as you can hold her up as the flash is very relevant (main reason you want her) and saves your dragons if they would die.

I think Declaration in Stone is a good sideboard card against aggro and token decks. Flaying Tendrils is good for that too.
I'm not sure about Immolating Glare. I will be including it in my Esper control deck as early removal, but it may change as time progresses. If you wanted to put it in, I would suggest 2-3 maindeck instead of Ruinous Path and move those to sideboard.

I see, as you might notice I updated my deck, and I like the idea of Avacyn in it, but I want to take this deck out for a test run once I get it fully assembled. It's hard to include her as there is so much good stuff in standard right now, and while she could protect a vulnerable ojutai...I need to play around to see what is going on. I think what I've noticed from other comments is how much it all depends on the meta you play in, and right now...I have no idea as to what my local meta is. I've seen aggro, control, midrange all at once. It's hard to predict at the moment, and I think once I see what people play...I can make a better call on Avacyn. You make good points as to why she needs to be in, I just need to figure out what can I lose to put her in. Maybe anticipate or something kind of early...dammit why are there so many good cards around right now. Why do they require land to cast them, I just want all of the good cards /;w;/ give them all to me, I don't need no stinking land.
I'm going to try it in main for early removal along with ultimate price. I think we're in the moment where we can brew all we want, but we need to see the local meta to figure out what is really working and what isn't. I think thanks to both you and the others who have commented, you've given me several directions I could go. But I need to play and see what the local meta does first.
I want to thank you both for your help, and if you are both willing I might tag you on other deck ideas that I have to see what you all think about that.

So I played my Esper control tonight. I'm still on side of Immolating Glare. I was never not happy to see one in my hand. Silumgar's Command was good but it is definitely a sideboard card. In my opinion, Narset Transcendent is amazing. You may want to think about including her. I got to ult her twice, and my opponents couldn't do anything. I was a little disappointed with Ojutai's Command. It just didn't perform to standards.

I would have Silumgar's Scorn you have seven dragons so I think it would be good also I've been testing with AEtherspouts and it's been amazing, you might want to try it as a one of.
