Complete your forms and get back in line - it’s time for some bureaucracy! I’ve wanted to make a deck like this since I saw cards like Aysen Bureaucrats and Icatian Moneychanger. The introduction of the Azorious guild made this far more feasible, especially in blue which falls short of white’s dearth of bureaucratic options. As usual; card choices are made weighing form over function.
