Competitive Mono-Blue mill for standard, assuming no counterpells, can win effectively around turn 4-6, with potential for a turn 1 win.

Turn one win: Starting hand- 4 Archive Trap, (situationally neccessary) Ghost Quarter, any other cards.

T1- Play Ghost Quarter, pass turn.If the opponent fetches a land, or you blow up a land using ghost quarter, you proc a deck search, activating Archive Trap's alternate cost of 0, meaning you can cast all 4. If the opponent is running a standard 60 card deck, this is enough to completely mill then on turn 1.
