This is my take on Bant Tempo. Basically, you play these value creatures that act as counterspells and removal. Tamiyo is really good here, because you can get draw from her +1 ability and her -2 "frosts" my opponents non-permanents, which allows me to get in for damage. Nissa is a strong finisher for the deck because of the synergy with Sylvan Advocate and speeding up the clock. Because Dromoka's Commands are rotating, I decided to mainboard 3 Negates, because this is going to be a removal/planeswalker heavy format. Horribly Awry is a mainboarded for tempo reasons.
