I figured the Snow-Covered bit didn't matter. Well, that makes me sad, lol. Anyway, thanks for the feedback! I tried to MB the Unsub, but, there just wasn't space for it there. It works in the side as a counter to aggro or if someone is playing something really expensive as their threats, and I don't have a way to deal with it when it hits the board yet. If testing doesn't go very well, I might move it around and test different setups. As far as the familiar, I wanted it in this deck, but, my 3 slot is already slammed with cards. I wouldn't know what to cut. EDIT: Also, Transgress is my form of discard.

Hey, I'm working on a similar list. Couple questions: What was the thought process behind not including white hulk or Sorin? And are you reliably having enough valuable targets in the yard when you cast blue hulk? I think Descend upon the Sinful is probably less than ideal in most situations. Especially if you're forced to blow one and you exile one of your hulks. Lili cant get those back. Considering you're playing 3 lili's, I imagine that's a major function for her in this deck in case they get removed.
Also, you have a lot of double white, black and blue cards. Cards like grasp of darkness will be pretty difficult to cast turn two as it is. Maybe thin a lili, 2 descend's, 1 ob nix and maybe a ruinous path. Look to add a anguish unmaking or two, maybe a white hulk or 2 and a sorin for more life gain and another finisher.
Last note, the energy lands have been a life saver in testing. Maybe cut the evolving wilds and a prairie stream for those. Also consider a couple Glimmer of Genius's in place of a couple oath of jace's.
Good luck.

Thanks for the feedback! As far as the white hulk goes, I put him in the board because he's great in a few matchups, but, not all of them. It really hurt me to cast him on a lot of boards.
As far as the mana situation is concerned, I have never had a problem casting an early Grasp of Darkness and the only time I've had trouble casting any of my double white spells has been when I got hit by an Ulamog early on.
Liliana, as well as the other Planeswalkers, are actually just alternate win conditions. While Liliana can recur the Hulks, I don't usually count on that because I only have 5 creatures in my entire deck.
The Oath of Jaces are there as a way to enable Delirium for To the Slaughter as well as making Emrakul cost less. Maybe I'm playing my deck wrong, but, they've been really helpful and very good.
All things considered, I could probably benefit from using more removal, it's just that I don't believe trimming my low cost win conditions for a higher costed way to gain life, or the 3 mana removal for a "board wipe" that's worse than Descend is, would do any good.

The only problem I see with this, is you cant use Snow Covered lands in Std...lol. Other than that the only things I have to mention is Filigree Familiar is good, and Unsubstantiate should be main boarded. It is essentially Remand, but in standard. The only other thing I would say is some form of discard is good, like Whispers of Emrakul. Other than that, seems solid!
