An Izzet deck I built after Niv-Mizzet, Parun was spoiled. The deck is mainly a spellslinger/storm deck that tries to win via infinite mana and Niv-Mizzet, Parun 's triggered abilities.

Main Combos:

Reiterate + Turnabout = infinite mana and infinite storm count. Also draws your library with Niv-Mizzet, Parun out.

Mirror Sheen + Turnabout = infinite mana.

Mana Geyser + Reiterate = Infinite red mana and infinite storm count. Also draws your library with Niv-Mizzet, Parun out.

Nivix Guildmage + Turnabout = Infinite mana and infinite looting.

Niv-Mizzet, Parun + Ophidian Eye , Curiosity or Tandem Lookout makes an infinite draw loop.

Basalt Monolith + Sol Ring + Tidespout Tyrant = infinite colorless mana

Any of the infinite mana combos wins you the game if you have Comet Storm or Nivix Guildmage out. You can also bounce all your opponent's permanents with Tidespout Tyrant and Capsize .

Finally, Stroke of Genius , Pull from Tomorrow , Expansion / Explosion , and Commune with Lava basically win you the game if you have infinite mana.
