A modern brew I came up with back when a lot of these cards were in standard. Everything is quite cheap for how well the deck plays. The Thoughtseize in the sideboard is because it is a modern staple.

A lack of counter spells because you mostly want to protect your creatures with target spells for the heroic trigger. Mizzium Skin and Call to Heel act as target removal protection, while Triton Tactics can protect against most burn spells.

The cantrips are great for heroic triggers and drawing into more target spells. You often burn through spells like a red deck so the draw is critical to keeping your hand.

I was unsure if I should maybe replace Slip Through Space with Distortion Strike or not for the extra draw power. D-Strike, however gives an extra attack boost and a free cast next turn.

Let me know your thoughts!
