Mono red reanimator, Feldon style. This top heavy redhead is soaked in blood and dressed to kill. Fill the yard with fatties and make copies of them with Feldon. Duplicate his ability with the various untap/copy effects. Many of the creatures leave tokens behind when they die or just end your turn early with sundail of the infinite before you have to sac them.

It's been pointed out that Feldon's ability is a great example of storytelling through game mechanic. Feldon discovered The Third Path in a quest for a magic that could bring back his dead wife. He learned from a sorcerer to summon an illusions of her. A necromancer, in exchange for Feldon's Cane , taught him to reanimate her corpse. The Third Path taught him that he could never really get her back but he could summon a copy. He conjured a copy of his wife from memory but knowing that he could never truly bring her back to life, he said goodbye and let the summoned being go. Muy romantico. muy triste.

The unique thing Feldon offers as a reanimator strategy, aside from being mono-red, is that you're making artifact copies of creatures from your graveyard rather than bringing back the originals. This opens many different unexpected lines of play with artifact shenanigans. What I like about Feldon is that he's incredibly fair, yet incredibly fun. Of the 15 or so paper decks I play, this one's my fave.

Thoughts? I've yet to be blown out by a Vandalblast effect but I know it's coming. Should I run Scrap Mastery or something?
