This is my custom Kess consultation decklist to help me keep track of what cards I own/deck value. The maybe-board includes a list of cards I do not own but plan to eventually add to the deck. There are two primary win-cons, one is to empty your library with Demonic Consultation or Tainted Pact followed by either Laboratory Maniac + a draw spell, Jace, Wielder of Mysteries or Thassa's Oracle. Another is to use Underworld Breach to continuously loop Brain Freeze/Wheel of Fortune and Lotus Petal/Dockside Extortionist/etc. to mill yourself, then mill out all of your opponent's libraries with Brain Freeze and pass the turn or get out Thassa's Oracle and resolve the ETB trigger. Cards such as Snap and Chain of Vapor can also be used.

Isochron Scepter combos have been cut since the release of War of the Spark as our plan B has become a second plan A with Jace, Wielder of Mysteries.
