As you may see, this deck includes no lands. At least on the front side. This allows us to mill our entire library with Balustrade Spy and Undercity Informer. Once we do this, Narcomoeba come back and Creeping Chill drains. With the Narcomoeba, we can flashback Dread Return targeting Bladewing the Risen, which brings back Bogardan Hellkite and the Bladewing's Thralls. Then, we can flashback the second Dread Return for Cyclops of Eternal Fury and win on the spot. If you don't want to win this turn, Worldspine Wurm lets you untap the next turn and you get Silversmote Ghouls on your endstep as well. The other cards help this happen. Pentad Prism and Talisman of Resilience help make up for the lack of bolt lands (yes, that is what I'm calling them). Finally, Phantasmagorian helps you get these cards out of your hand and into your graveyard. All you need to do all this is either Balustrade Spy or Undercity Informer as well as two lands and a Pentad Prism or something like that. With that scenario, you win on turn 4. Pretty good.
