A Standard UW Control deck that can consistently win against the most common meta decks. It revolves heavily around Thing in the Ice  , Archangel Avacyn  , and Jace, Unraveler of Secrets. If Jace is your boy, this is your deck.

Basic goal is to delay the game until turn 5. At that point you'll get scary - Thing in the Ice   should have low counters, or you can flash in Archangel Avacyn   or throw down a Jace, Unraveler of Secrets to get card advantage.

Plays pretty much like any control tempo deck. Play lands, maybe attack, then pass and react to what they do. You'll want to get Thing in the Ice   out as quickly as possible to get the counters ticking, but for the most part you won't be casting spells on your turn.

A couple general tips - save Unsubstantiate for when creatures attack. It burns a turn, letting you build towards 5 mana. Baral, Chief of Compliance is useful but if you end up removing a few of the hard counter spells, he isn't is critical and should probably be sideboarded as well.
