Essentially it's the same old combo of infect creature (Glistener Elf, Blighted Agent, Inkmoth Nexus) plus Blazing Shoal pitching Progenitus/Reaper King.
I've been putting up some decent results in dailies and I've added another 4-0 as well as 2-3 3-1's with the deck. I feel pretty confident in saying that with this deck you'd like to be playing against other combo decks in the format other than turn one combo. Non-Delver fair decks are also a good matchup, because they don't have a density of efficient interaction needed to make it unfavorable. The worst matchups have been Delver decks, but I feel that some versions are harder to beat. I'd rather not play against BUG because the hand disruption paired with removal and counter magic is hard to fight through. However, I feel the RUG Delver matchup isn't terrible because I don't think the strategy lines up as well. Granted, these matches are really tough and I would say are somewhat favored for the Delver player, but I think you can steal game one from unknown factor and after that it might be reasonable to win one of two games.
From the original list I've posted, the only change I've made is cutting 1 Glistener Elf for 1 Crop Rotation. I tested playing more copies of Crop Rotation, but Glistener Elf is great against decks that can't interact with it and is necessary to go under them. I felt that there were enough situations in which I wanted a 5th copy of Inkmoth Nexus, so I think the 4-4-3-1 split of threats works.
The sideboard has changed somewhat as well just to try different cards.
Currently looks like:
1 Mindbreak Trap
1 Ensnare
1 Pact of Negation
3 Duress
1 Slaughter Pact
1 Blazing Shoal
1 Searing Wind
1 Invigorate
1 Crop Rotation
2 Abrupt Decay
2 Sensei's Divining Top
In games, I've felt that I've been very favored against dredge whether it be mana or manaless variants so I don't think I need sideboard hate to combat them. I think I can either go under them or have a creature that they can't block. I found that ANT matchup could be a problem, so I really wanted to have the Mindbreak Trap in the sideboard for protection. I've also tried to compact the sideboard by eliminating redundant effects and keeping it as streamlined as possible.
Big change has been trying out Sensei's Divining Top. My thought process that it would be good against decks that their interaction was basically only discard or decks that were really slow and grindy. They have been alright, but not really all that great. I think these can be cut for better cards. I think I was another one mana black discard effect to be able to board out 4 Probes. I could do a 4th Duress or something like Inquisition of Kozilek just to mix up the type of effect. Another idea was to play a sideboard Stifle. I have been boarding in one Abrupt Decay a lot when another card from the main would be worse, but I think this isn't optimal. I think cutting an Abrupt Decay and having it only as a wish target can be solid and it would free up another spot.
