After dragons prerelease, I took my 2 deathmist raptors home and sat down dissapointed. No narset, atarka or any of the cards I thought would be big winners for constructed.

Thumbing through my rares, I noticed an interesting synergy between my raptors and a quirky card called den protector.2 for 1? That seems pretty neat.Slapped together a simple g/w aggro, went to playtest against some friends.B/U control was very popular, and I found that my engines were getting killed quickly and without remorse!

I threw in my promo dromoka, and traded for a few incredible cards, Dromoka's command and valorous stance. Removal and creature buff for 2 mana? Insane!

The deck performed very well, but could run out of steam very quick. Collected company was 4$ when I initially considered it, but I choose to run with elspeth instead. CC jumped in price, and elspeth dropped, so I decided to pick up this card before it spiked again. It tested extremely well, and company settled at 10$.

This deck has seen some small changes and big ones, but the raptor protector engine has performed extremely well every single time.

This deck is excellent, cheaper than full abzan and I guarantee it will just be improved by whatever comes in zendikar and what will be leaving in theros(thoughsieze, bile blight, hero's downfall).

Updates Add

during some play testing, found collected company to keep creatures on board consistently, may cause coursers to go back to 4.

Restructuring and ironing out some if's.
