In my experience, Mardu colors have the best burn cards. Lightning Bolt, Bump in the Night, Boros Charm, etc.The best part is, black has some decent draw spells. Dark Confidant helps fuel the plan. Blightning is a powerful card for obvious reasons.

Sideboard options are versatile; Shatterstorm against artifact decks, Rakdos Charm/ Volcanic Fallout against token builds, Combust against U/W Control (PERFECT against Celestial Collonade), and some more creature removal/opponent discard.
