Uses lifelink and extort and other life gaining effects to multiply damage while gaining life with Sanguine Bond, Vizkopa Guildmage, and Defiant Bloodlord.

Trying to build on a pretty aggressive budget.

Creatures

Nip Gwyllion - Your best first round choice. Lifelink. Gives you a cheap excuse to extort on later turns.

Children of Korlis - Your best first round choice if you lay down a Plains and don't have Nip Gwyllion. Gives you a cheap excuse to extort on later turns. But mostly you'll want to combo with one of your Sanguine Bond effects for maximum damage.

Hopeful Eidolon - Your first round choice if you lay down a Plains and don't have a Nip Gwyllion or Children of Korlis. Also useful later in the game to give a creature a buff and lifelink, or as a cheap excuse to extort on later turns.

Thrull Parasite - Your first round choice if you lay down a Swamp and don't have Nip Gwyllion. Sets you up early for extorting. Gives you a cheap excuse to extort on later turns.

2 drop

Serene Steward - Gives you a nice way to buff up your lifelink creatures. Your only option if you haven't drawn a Swamp yet, but it's a good option.

Tithe Drinker - Lifelink and extort, two different ways to bring the pain and leverage Sanguine Bond or Vizkopa Guildmage. Helps with devotion to white and black.

Vizkopa Guildmage - Mostly use for the Sanguine Bond effect, but handing out lifelink might come in handy too. Helps with devotion to white and black.

3 drop

Kingpin's Pet - Flying is nice, extort too. Also helps with devotion to white and black.

6 drop

Treasury Thrull - A fatty with extort who can get anything from your graveyard back into your hand.

7 drop

Defiant Bloodlord - Sanguine Bond effect and some much-needed flying.

Spells

Doom Blade and Ultimate Price - Creature hate.

Riot Control - Avoid all damage and use a Sanguine Bond effect to deal the damage back to them at the same time.

Sanguine Bond - If you haven't drawn it, then Vizkopa Guildmage and/or Defiant Bloodlord will have to do.

Sunbond - Creature buff.

Maybeboard

Insatiable Harpy - Flyer with lifelink that helps devotion to white and black.

Solemn Offering - Artifact and enchantment hate that you can use with Sanguine Bond or Vizkopa Guildmage to hurt them back at the same time.

Devour Flesh - A good cheap way to gain life.
