This is an amazing deck! I've only run into one big problem playtesting it. Index and Taigam's Scheming do a great job setting up for the big plays, however what happens when you draw one of the four legendary cards? There's no way to play them without the help of Omniscience.
Can I recommend something like Brainstorm? It doesn't dig as well, but it can put your legendary creatures or enchantments back on top of your library allowing for manifest.

If this deck were mine i would add Momentary Blink because when you play with the deck you end up having to draw cards to get a Cloudshift and i think you can get strong creatures out faster this way.

I also feel as if this deck needs to be played with the top card revealed. Perhaps find some room for Crown of Convergence. This is cheap to play and will allow for you to dig through your deck if the top card isn't what you need.

I would have a look at this style deck:

And maybe take a few leaves out of its book?

What about some Temporal Masterys, because you can reliable trigger "Miracle"?

@JonViking I wouldn't do it purely because you don't want to use so many resources to find something that isn't a win con. It depends on how it plays out, though.

I never thought I would find another use for manifest, thank you for sharing this great deck idea +1.

I'd say Essence Flux is better than Momentary Blink because you need one less mana to use it.

Maybe Nephalia Smuggler? It can be fetched of of Congregation at Dawn is there isn't already a blinker in your hand.

Love the originality! Have you considered Eerie Interlude and Halimar Depths?

Hey i like ur Deck :D
I am playing an azorius variant of the manifest deck u got. But i play an another wincon like u. If u want u can check it out. I try to lock my enemy out with Iona, Shield of Emeria and Painter's Servant. It works quite well :D

I love the concept of getting around the CMC of your win condition cards with manifest manipulation. There must be a budget way to do this for casual games. Does anybody have any budget ideas? +1!

Switch out Emmy and Iona for cheaper (money wise) beaters. Maybe Inkwell Leviathan or some other hard to kill fatty. Drop green to cheapen up land base. Should be doable for a pretty reasonable price.

Also sorry nevet I accidentally suggested the card I meant for the super budget version. Ignore that

aholder7 Creatures and lands can be changed into cheaper versions depending on the actual owned cards/money, of course. The deck works with any kind of creature, I just included the most obvious ones for a rapid victory.

I know Black isn't in your mainboard, but another card that could help you stack you deck is Lim-Dul's Vault. You still have 12 mana sources (20% of the deck) that can produce Black mana, so it's a possibility. The Vault can really help get big bombs on your topdeck, and filter through cards you don't want. The downside is the restrictive UB mana cost - which is no worse than Congregation at Dawn if you think about it.
Nice deck, though. I love stuff that cheats big creatures out early game, and this has a very creative way of getting that done. +1.

Love it! Have you considered adding Deadeye Navigator for repeatable blinking?
