So I've Decided on a Hellbent theme for my first Rakdos deck for primarily casual play. The process now is refining what's in it, and making it about 75% effective as it's only really meant for casual play.

Mulliganing + Hellbent: If the hand doesn't look good, Mulligan. It's pretty helpful for setting up Hellbent.

Jagged Poppet is a good regardless if you take damage, as you want to be setting up Hellbent, and his Hellbent can make sure that once your top-decking, the opponent is too.

Liliana's Caress+Kolaghan's Command (or any discard spell) allows set up for Rakdos, Lord of Riots and enables Cryptborn Horror to come in strong.

Hellhole Rats ETB effect is great as it can trigger Liliana's Caress and even if they pitch a land, its still pretty useful, especially if you cant get it's cost down via Rakdos, Lord of Riots

Rix Maadi, Dungeon Palace enables Hellbent and procs Lillana's as well.

Rakdos Pit Dragon and Rakdos, Lord of Riots are good finishers if you haven't already worked the opponent down, and add Rakdos's Return as a back up plan.
