Heyo. With all the R/U/B delver floating around, I wanted to make a plain U/B control that could stand it's own.

Counters are here to stop their shenanigans:

• Condescend gives scry, and allows for versatility.
• Deprive was the closest I could get to Counterspell; can bounce my hallmark depths too.
• Mana Leak is mana leak. No more to say.

Kill spells and hand control also deal with things that evade me:

• Consuming Vapors is a bit on the expensive side. I was considering swapping it for a Reality Shift, but it's tempting side is that it's 2 Devour Fleshes with a one-sided life gain.
• Inquisition of Kozilek and Thoughtseize are self-explanatory.

And finally, I have clones and stealing thingies to help close the game:

• Cryptoplasm and Evil Twin both clone their threats (or mine), and Evil Twin comes with the added bonus of a kill spell.
• Lazav, Dimir Mastermind follows the same idea as above, but depends on kill spells. Might knock him down to 1 possibly, or side him.
• Dragonlord Silumgar steals their guys and gives me a descent flier with death touch. Considering swapping for Silumgar, the Drifting Death
• Nightveil Specter steals their top card, giving me mana, some chumps, threats, or just exiling their stuff. Ashiok, Nightmare Weaver follows the same thought process, sans land grabs.
• And finally, Jace, Memory Adept is a fast mill guy if things drag for two long. Not too effective, but gets the job done, and can draw me some cards to boot.

As for the sideboard:

• Grafdigger's Cage hoses delver, whip, and other stuff.
• Hero's Downfall can be sided in to replace Consuming Vapors if it's too slow, or if they have Planeswalkers.
• Hex Parasite is 100% Planeswalker removal. Or possibly heroic or infect hosing, but mostly Planeswalker Smiting. Considering Vampire Hexmage, but I feel that I prefer not needing to sac the parasite.
• Witchbane Orb and Pithing Needle protect me or hose Planeswalkers/abilities. Not much to them other than that.

I'm currently considering more card draw (e.g Serum Visions), but please suggest anything that comes to mind.

Aaaannnd that's basically it. Please comment and everything, I'm testing this on Untap.in, so I'll see how it goes and post some results.
