This deck was made due to me losing interest in combo strategies. This is by no means a CEDH deck, but its intention was to be a sort of pubstompy aggro deck. I was also able to acquire a Derevi, and wanted to build a deck around her that was not stax oriented. I have no intention of playing any version of stax. It's a legitimate strategy, but I think it should only be played in competitive circles and not in casual games, and this deck was meant to be powerful but not competitive.

The obvious strategy of the deck is to maximize Derevi's untap triggers, so the deck's pilot can increase the productivity of their turns by playing more spells during their first and second main phases.

I've found that the deck is pretty fun to play, and it is also fairly consistent. The deck does suffer from the "aggro problem" in Commander, however I have found that I am able to deal a large amount of damage to players quickly, winning the game through non-infinite means by turn 8 or 9.
