Trying to make my favorite Legacy Strategy viable for EDH. Mostly made possible by MDFC's from Zendikar Rising and Necrotic Ooze. Primary Win condition is Thassa's Oracle. I am aware of things like Tainted Pact for Oracle Wins, but I have left fast wins like this out intentionally for the sake of my playgroup being more on the casual side; however, those cards exist should you want to make this list more competitive.
