This deck aims on killing your opponent through card draw. To achieve that i use:

Damage:
Black Vise: A nice little damage output at the beginning of the game.
Underworld Dreams: The main card for your further damage.
Psychosis Crawler: Most cards in this deck let you and your opponent draw the same amount of cards, so its the second damage dealer card after Underworld Dreams.

Card draw:
Howling Mine: Not much to say about it. An additional card in the draw step.
Teferi's Puzzle Box: That's the first win condition in round 4. Because of the previous card draw your opponent must draw many cards. That's a lot of damage and he got a random new hand.
Forced Fruition: After Teferi's Puzzle Box that's the second control/draw card.
Sign in Blood: Two card for yourself early or at least 4 damage to an opponent.
Wheel and Deal: Ruin your opponents hands and let them draw 7 cards.
Trade Secrets : Nice card draw and even better in combination with Psychosis Crawler.
Arcane Denial: Control and card draw. In most cases he wont choose to draw two cards, but that makes it a far better Counterspell.
Dream Fracture: Same as above, but your opponent is forced to draw a card.

Defense/Sustain:
Chasm Skulker: A nice blocker, because you will get so much counters on him.
Cyclonic Rift: To remove annoying cards. Even good in combination with Teferi's Puzzle Box.
