This is a mono-blue kraken/leviathan/octopus/serpent-themed gimmick deck that uses huge creatures and some creature control.

Get Quest for Ula's Temple out as soon as possible, then use cards like Halimar Depths and Sage of Epityr to scry your library, guaranteeing that you get those quest counters. Once you get three, you can drop massive, ocean-dwelling horrors such as Scourge of Fleets , Shipbreaker Kraken , Inkwell Leviathan, and Lorthos, the Tidemaker directly onto the field from your hand with no more than one island (though more would be ideal)!

Stormtide Leviathan in conjunction with Levitation helps keep your opponents without flying or islandwalk from attacking. Is it ridiculous to make all of your cyclopean sea monsters fly? Yes.

High Tide allows you to hard-drop your expensive creatures later in the game. Use Whelming Wave to wash away your opponent's creatures while your Stygian depth-dwellers remain unaffected.
