You setting trends at your local meta? I've actually never played hatebears, D&T, or any variant of those.

I wouldn't say setting trends haha! More like silently progressing in the background, while others follow the herd.
Hatebears is showing some gains in numbers played. We don't usually win, but a fair share of top 8-16s. Same thing with D/Ts and Co-Co Variants.

Well if you're that worried about a mirror match, are you also as concerned with the even more present Blood Moon? Not trying to sound asinine. It just seems very curious.

For some odd reason Blood Moon hasn't appeared in my local meta. In fact, last time I saw it was around the beginning of April: its a fear nonetheless so, perhaps I should test out with fetches considering their low price.
OH, btw I'm still working on that Bantbears deck. Stuck as to whether or not I want an aggro or control style approach.

If anything, fetches are always nice investment cards to have. :)

Mainly because I don't want to be completely locked out by fellow hatebear players or land destruction. Arbiter and G-Quarters are everywhere now-a-days so it's been more reliable to use shocks + checks.
There's so many knights swinging that the added +1/+1 from the fetch being in the bin is negligible.
