First FNM: 3-1 finish —Oct. 28, 2016
I did really well in my first FNM with this deck, playing against B/R vampires, U/G energy, R/G werewolves, and losing to U/B zombies. Thalia, Heretic Cathar, Tireless Tracker, and Thalia's Lieutenant all overperformed. Verdurous Gearhulk was also very good out of the sideboard. All the extra removal was definitely handy after boarding, and I'm moving a number of Declaration in Stone to my main. I'm also considering moving the Gearhulk to my main as well.
I felt like the underperformers were Hamlet Captain and Heron's Grace Champion. I didn't use Champion enough for a proper evaluation but I've decided to trim down on the number of Hamlet Captains. Duskwatch Recruiter Flip didn't get played enough for me to make a proper evaluation on the card but he seems solid on paper (even though I tend to board him out against other aggro matchups for extra removal) so I'll keep him as a 4-of for now.
gardin_trey I took both humans out because I'm not getting too much mileage out of them. I don't run gideon because I don't feel like buying that card and effectively doubling the price of the deck. I already have a way to battle control with Selfless Spirit anyway.

Really like this idea! Plus 1 from me! I am running a W/R Boros Human Aggro deck right now somewhat similar to this and it has been performing well. Link here: Boros Face Stomp Check it out if you are interested. Good to know that this is out there too I have a lot of the green/white lands so I love having the option to pursue both avenues. I know the Smuggler's Copter is expensive but it is well worth it. Being able to cycle through lands you don't need helps me immensely. I only have the 1 in there that I pulled but I always love drawing it! You may want to consider Fleetwheel Cruiser as a cheaper substitute for it as well. Also helps against board wipes and such Radiant Flames mainly although I see you sideboard the Selfless Spirit which is a good idea to help wipes. Eerie Interlude is good and I have considered putting the 2 I have into my sideboard but find that I am just stuck holding them most of the time for the small chance they DO play a mass removal spell (and hoping you have enough mana to counter with it at the same time). Can be tricky. Anyways nice deck dude!

Hanweir Militia Captain and Lambholt Pacifist would be cards to strongly consider. Also Gideon, Ally of Zendikar in the sideboard for control matchups would probably be a really good idea. Additional stasis snares in the sideboard to deal with Emrakul would be a possibility.
