A mono blue control build using the classic control strategy: Survive and control the board to take over the late game with counter spells, sweepers, and finishers. Cheap spells like Revolutionary Rebuff, Select for Inspection, and Spontaneous Mutation are great for stalling and allowing us to save our main answers like Scatter to the Winds, Imprisoned in the Moon, andReality Shift for key threats. Jace, Unraveler of Secrets tops it all off, granting us everything we need in a control deck; draw manipulation, tempo, and a very controlling ultimate.
