Extremely fast sliver deck. The basis of the deck is to run off of 2 mana, asap.
The keys to the deck:Muscle Sliver + Predatory Sliver + Sinew Sliver
: the core strength of the deck. Each one adding +1/+1 to every sliver, allowing for 4/4 slivers by turn 4 (and thats 4x 4/4 slivers)
Manaweft Sliver: the ramp card. This allows the slivers to work as your mana. Not enough mana to drop a 5cmc yet? Tap a couple slivers, and problem solved!

: The utility team. All slivers get first strike, flying, flanking, haste, deathtouch, and help counter spells. 'nuff said?
Leeching Sliver
: Bring the pain. Each sliver gets to inflict direct damage. All four leeching slivers inflict 16 damage before combat. Thats without any other bonus.

: The bosses. Indestructable & +1/+1 for each other sliver you control. Add in Coat of Arms and Obelisk of Urd. Ouch?
Finally the land. All the land provides any color mana to ensure you are not stuck waiting for that one color to come out. Early on, Cavern of Souls lets you get slivers out with little risk, and then later on Sliver Hive lets you pump out tokens if you are over-mana'd. Vesuva and

This deck was tested with a shotgun of basic lands (4 of each color) prior to obtaining the lands listed above, and performed well against a number of decks. The lands only make it faster.
I do suggest however making sure to start with 2 land in your opening hand. 1 and you may get stalled for a couple turns, and too many more can stall out.
This can easily be shifted to modern, by replacing Heart Sliver with Blur Sliver (adds 1 to the drop, but eh) and swapping out the Muscle Sliver with any other 3 drop or less sliver (plenty of them to choose).
