Izzet plink Need to research more spells that allow you to split damage between any number of targets.

9.18 Add a blue board wipe like aetherize. Could possibly use more card draw, something like ophidian eye or similar or just a couple of draw spells. Could remove electrostatic wall, a land, one of the single target pingers. Add in some mana fixing lands.

Currently has opt and preordain instead of 2 in sideboard

8.18.24 - Sorted. Need to increase control and protection to a total of 15 or 16 combined pieces. Appears to need some additional draw, ramp and recursion. Can remove like 8 of the 1 damage items to free up space and add in 1 full board wipe or bounce

Drop Damage card count to 22-25, add ramp, recursion, draw

11.22.24 - Took out a few things in various areas to add in 5 pieces of ramp and 4 better cards. Added viridian longbow but it could come back out, it doesn't work if it attaches to commander
