True, I am not playing control, but since I can bounce back quickly from a board whip, and Outpost Siege also allows me to hurt my opponent in the process with a board wipe, it seemed like a viable option. Mind you, this is an initial draft of the deck concept, so it may not make the cut. For now, I wanted to give it a shot and see how I felt about it. So far, it hasn't been an amazing addition, but that's why I playtest and playtest, to improve and refine the idea. Now Purphoros, God of the Forge is an excellent suggestion and I could see myself using that more than Crux of Fate. Thanks for the suggestions.

maybe one Kolaghan, the Storm's Fury would be good in this deck? It's got evasion: Dash, Flying. and if you would use a Purphoros, you'll get more damage in by dashing.

That is an interesting suggestion, but it strikes me as more of a sideboard card right now. My curve sits low at 2 - 3 with Brutal Hordechief being the high curve of 4. I know Goblin Heelcutter and Stoke the Flames are 4 mana each, but I won't be casting those at full cost. I am still on the fence about Crux of Fate, so there is a chance that it may fall to the wayside in favor of Purphoros, God of the Forge, although Kolaghan, the Storm's Fury would make an excellent second choice. Thanks for the suggestions.

Might consider side boarding the Hero's Downfall and main board some Murderous Cut

That is a good option, although if I'm not dumping stuff in my graveyard, it would be slow to cast. I think it is worth considering, but not ideal for my current meta, at least not yet. I've added it to the maybe list for the second draft and playtesting. Thanks for the suggestions.

It is very similar, I am working on changing that so my version runs a little more fluidly and geared towards my meta. When I write the finalized description, I will credit him as a source, and all people who helped by providing good suggestions.

Tymaret, the Murder King is an interesting suggestion. I think if I was looking for a cheaper alternative to Purphoros, God of the Forge, I think I would go with him. I can see the merit of using him main board though. I'm a bit torn. Tymaret, the Murder King is a good card, but I've noticed that unless I have the mana free to dump on sacrifice chains, it isn't as effective as Brutal Hordechief's ability. I think I would consider him a side board card for now, and test the main board with him to see how he plays.

I'm gonna recommend Mardu Shadowspear when ever it attacks each opponent loses one life, doubles the trigger with Hordchief, and you can dash it.

I really like the idea of this deck, pretty creature heavy and thats my type. I do think Foul-Tongue Shriek has a place in here though. 1 mana for what could be a ridiculous amount of damage, synergizes well with the hordechief, and also has lifegain. Also +1 for the name ;)

Since you're utilizing the dash mechanism, I would recommend Impact Tremors for the burn affect.

Why crux of fate? you are playing aggro not control. even if you do have a rabble red or boss sligh match up the crux of fate is gonna hurt you just as much as i does them... I play i similar deck but mine has more of a token and dash root with it.... I went 4-1 at gameday... maybe consider adding Purphorous, God of The Forge . its a great card and you will get alot of damage off of it between hordeling outbursts and your dash creatures
