This is my take on a Cedh Elsha, of the infinite deck. It is modelled after the Flash Andretti list which you can find here: https://www.moxfield.com/decks/tj910qUf9Uq-Iibp40QfKw

The lines in this deck are slightly budgeted due to financial reasons. The Base plan of the deck is to draw your deck with top + a reducer, in this deck the options are Helm of Awakening and Etherium sculptor.

Alternatively you can also make infinite mana using (Isochron Sceptre + Dramatic Reversal) and three mana rocks creating infinite mana and infinite storm and draw your deck with top that way.

When you have drawn your deck with Top + Reducer you can use infinite mana to cast Angel's Grace and after that cast Rollin Earthquake for lethal damage. You can use Swords to Plowshares as well if you can generate enough prowess triggers.
