Jarad reanimator deck. Any advice/suggestions are welcome and appreciated.

There are two combos in this deck. 1) Exquisite Blood and Sanguine Bond. Need I elaborate? 2) Phyrexian Devourer and Jarad, Golgari Lich Lord. When the death trigger for the devourer goes on the stack, you can keep activating it's ability until it's strong enough to kill everyone (or almost everyone) at the table by using Jarad's ability to sacrifice it and make each opponent lose life equal to the Devourer's power.

Updates Add

I made the original list and then had a couple of weeks before I was able to actually play any games with it. But when I finally managed to get a few games in, I made the realization: I don't have nearly enough removal. So I made some adjustments to increase the amount of removal. And I added some stronger creatures as well. The last major change I made was the addition of a couple of combos. I added the Exquisite Blood and Sanguine Bond combo and I also added Phyrexian Devourer to combo with Jarad, Golgari Lich Lord.

Removed: Corpse Churn, Gaze of Granite, Rampant Growth, Victimize, Garruk's Uprising, Crawling Infestation, Golgari Findbroker, Springbloom Druid, Shambling Shell, Izoni, Thousand-Eyed, Village Rites

Added: Abrupt Decay, Assassin's Trophy, Damnation, Beast Within, Necrotic Wound, Nighthowler, Sheoldred, Whispering One. Splinterfright, Phyrexian Devourer, Exquisite Blood, Sanguine Bond
