This deck looks to leverage the the value and inevitability of Walking Ballista, Hangarback Walker, and Herald of Anguish with the threatening early power of Smugglers Copter and Ensoul Artifact effects. Shrapnel Blast offers reach and disruption alongside metallic rebuke.

Notes on the maybeboard: Whir might allow for a silver bullet type sideboard, but it's probably too clunky.

Reverse Engineer might be good but probably isn't.

Chief of the Foundry seems real good with thopters?

Servo schematic is super explosive with demon, but mediocre with everything else.

Pacification array would be good if this deck can't deal with certain creatures, but I can't see that being a problem.

Transgress could situationally be better than brutality? I don't know what the metagame looks like.

Metallic Mimic would be sweet on construct. Allows you to play walker and ballista on zero, or as 2/2's for 2. One extra counter in general is just sweet, and 14 constructs is probably more than enough for it to be good. Deck is clogged on two drops tho. Also makes scrapheap scrounger play much better with stubborn denial, and a recurring 4/3 for 2 seems hard to beat. Bomat Courier being Goblin Guide makes it seem less bad later too.

Fatal Push is obviously just a very good removal spell. I imagine testing would convince me to play it over rebuke or something.
