Chaos Deck with Jhoira. This deck isn't designed to win games, I wanted to create a deck that could make the game state as crazy as possible just for fun.

Main gameplan is to get Jhoira out as fast as possible and suspend massive chaotic spells and enchantments. Wincons are opponents conceding out of anger after 2 hours of rolling dice, playing a massive insurrection, or Ulamog.

Deck is relatively budget as it's under 150$. Almost all of the chaos cards are less than 3$ so it's possible to cut all the cards above 5-10$ and have a functioning deck with the same game plan.
