Hello all! And welcome to my Kalemne, Disciple of Iroas deck!

This is a pretty standard equipment voltron deck, but it does have some spice that I enjoy. For those unfamiliar the plan is to play Kalemne, suit her up with pump-up equipment such as Sunforger and Blackblade Reforged , and kill your opponents with Commander Damage. A lot of these types of decks try to seal the deal with mass land destruction like Armageddon , but I'm not into that and neither is my playgroup.

Kalemne also has her Experience Counter mechanic to pump her up. Animation Module is a good way to get some more of those if you don't have any large creatures. Other than that you can also replay your large creatures and save them from board wipes with 'Gating Creatures' such as Stonecloaker and Whitemane Lion . Also, keep in mind that CMC is unaffected by paying an alternate cost so Ingot Chewer and Spitebellows still trigger Kalemne!

Don't be surprised if people are trigger happy on Kalemne. Save things like Boros Charm and Valorous Stance to save her and try to get something like Swiftfoot Boots , Hammer of Nazahn , Champion's Helm , or Darksteel Plate on her as quickly as possible. Things like Bastion Protector and Aegis Angel also help out with respect to protection.

Now get out there and pound some faces in! This deck is tons of fun and it's always good to keep it casual.
