My current America control list. I don't like Saito's version for a few reasons. 3 Mutavaults is probably slightly too much to play t4 Verdict consistently, and Firemind's Foresight seems too cute. I also think Mana Confluence is the way to go instead of the usual 2 additional shocks (If you need the source untapped that turn, it's less damage, and if not you're playing for the late game and life totals aren't that relevant. However, they are also the reason the Elixir is maindeck.

Keranos also doesn't do enough except in the control mirror, which you already have a lot of answers for (particularly with the Izzet Charms in counter mode). In addition, I think Turn/Burn is the best reason to be playing red right now. It kills all the problem creatures for the stock Blue/White version (Mutavault, Blood Baron, Obzedat and Stormbreath).

Sideboard is a mess right now, just trying things out mostly. The Helixes and Deicides likely stay, but the rest is up in the air. The deck probably wants access to another Banishing Light or two.
