Most GBx decks play multiple Abrupt Decays which straight up wins against this deck. Pretty much any good white deck has 3-4 Path to Exile. You should at least sideboard some Mizzium Skin or something similar for those matchups because all the pump spells in the world won't matter when they can spend one card to nullify 5 of your cards on turn 3.

If you are going to be Thought Scouring yourself, it might be worthwhile to put something in that makes use of your graveyard like Logic Knot or Spellheart Chimera.

Most of your spells are dedicated to pumping your own creatures, but you only have 8 creatures so those spells are dead when you don't have one out (or it's been killed). A 4th Lightning Bolt needs to be in here, as it kills opposing creatures, buys you time to find your own, burns their face, and pumps your creatures when you do find them. It's probably the best spell in this deck.

If you only care about attacking power, Titan's Strength is superior to Brute Force.

Manamorphose is a useful cantrip that offers some mana fixing. Your mana base is kind of rigid right now so it might be helpful.

I have a similar deck which might give you some other ideas: Izzet Weirdos v. 4.0.

Thanks Odyssey! That'll leave me some room (and cash) for the mizzium skins and titanic strengths tonight.

Oh, and I'm not thought scouring myself, I'd do that to an opponent. I only want to draw a card from it

Don't have any

Although you don't want counters, Stubborn Denial is a great 1cmc hard counter to non creature spells if you have a fiend or cyclops out.

It's safer to Thought Scour yourself. Your opponent may have some way of benefitting from his or her graveyard that you may not know about (e.g. delve, reanimation, etc).

This deck is a blast to play, thought I'm not sure how competitive it may be in Modern due to the presence of spot removal (as Odyssey pointed out). I also like the inclusion of Mizzium Skin as a protection spell. You're other option would be Apostle's Blessing.

I know that you don't have the shocklands or fetchlands, but in the future it might be interesting to pursue playing Vines of Vastwood as its both pump and protection. My hesitation would be having by turn 3 or 4. Casting Vines does get easier with Manamorphose.

As far as cheap counterspells are concerned, you probably can't go wrong with Spell Pierce. Pierce will allow you a much more reliable counter than Stubborn Denial. I certainly appreciate the synergy of Denial in your deck, seeing as though you'll most probably have ferocious active. However, you may also find yourself playing against a Goryo's Vengeance reanimator deck or some other such Combo nonsense and need a slightly harder counter to keep them from winning on the spot.

I'm looking forward to seeing how your list evolves :)

Fizzery- I've only had a few times that I've droughted or even flooded completely to the point of a loss.. I dont usually mulligan and it usually gets better. I would put in more creatures, but I don't want to draw too many while pumping; that's where the deck usually fizzes, no creatures to pump.

Neat!
But I think once I get the chance, I'm going to acquire some pain or dual lands to help with the specifics. There have been a few times I didn't get the color of mana I need.
