Sideboard

Maybeboard

My attempt at what could be my new favorite deck, Jeskai/Ojutai.

This brew has become more and more difficult to manage as Tarkir has been released. I am very much an Izzet player and would like to follow that build of control/burn with the added benefit of white removal and life gain as much as possible. Also, it needs to be closely aligned with Jeskai/ Ojutai if possible and cannot contain the other watermarks. Finally it needs to be Block Constructed.

I would like suggestions on card advantage or cards with cantrips, lots of burn, bounce, tap, exile and anything that creates board advantage and effective spells with rebound . Spells that create protection and evasion are needed as well. Good counter spells also seem to be problematic for me. Lastly a well rounded creature base with plenty of prowess and abilities triggered by casting noncreature spells. Ideally I would like to accomplish most if not all of these goals while maintaining decent tempo and a low mana curve.

An alternative token build has crossed my mind from time to time.

I apologize for what must seem like pitiful pleas for help but I've never had such difficulty with a deck I wanted so bad. I haven't done a 3-color deck since Alara so this is a bit out of my realm of experience.

Thank you very much in advance.
