First attempt at a standard deck. Would like to be able to run this competitively, eventually. Needs some love. Comments and suggestions are welcome and appreciated!

Trying to counter and control to leave openings for big swings. Not sure if win conditions are clear and strong enough to stand up against current standard decks.

Basic ideas: Hero of Iroas to make auras cheaper. Buffing creatures like Fabled Hero and Phalanx Leader as the front line. Looking to get Sigil of the Empty Throne out as soon as possible to maximize the value of casting enchantments both for buffing and controlling, hoping scrying will help accelerate this. Using Heliod's Pilgrim to go fishing for enchantments as I need them. I was toying with the idea of Peel from Reality as a means of cycling Heliod's Pilgrim but I'm not sure if there's room or how to make space for it at the moment. I think this deck has enough blue counter and control options currently.
