This is a slightly budget control deck that allows someone to be slightly competitive, but not PTQ competitive. It's a fun deck that I have put together. There are the main elements of a control deck, counterspells/burn spells to keep the field clear until your end game/win-con of the locust god and chaos maw (I used him because he basically has a sweltering suns built into him, which kills a ton of creatures but leaves the locust god alive).

Alternate win-con being swapping out things to play dynavolt tower in game 2 to change things up.

Like I said, just a fun deck with some alternate win-cons. Also, mainly because I have most of these cards already. Let me know if you think anything could/should be changed to make it more competitive within a reasonable price. I intentionally stayed away from Grixis Control becuase a lot of people are doing it and I wanted to put out something a little different.
