So this is my current build of Phenax, God of Walls and Mill. I'm looking for advice on better inclusions in the 99 as I originally put this together as a budget build. Currently I enjoy the deck and have fun playing it, I am just looking to fine tune it. This is for a mostly casual playgroup, however I would like to have a good idea of where to take the deck once I decide to make it as efficient as mill in edh can be.

Any combos, strictly better cards, better inclusions, and advice is welcome!
