Dragon Tempest + Scourge of Valkas means the win condition is to simply keep summoning dragons. It's meant to be played as a burn deck. The fact that you also get to put cute little baby dragons on the battlefield is just a bonus.

Lightning Bolt and Draconic Roar provide some additional burn damage to remove threats or just finish off the opponent.

This is a concept I'm putting together for casual play, but I want to keep it Modern legal. Please help me out with this one guys. Ideally I want to get a Scourge of Valkas out as soon as possible and kill them quickly with it. With the current cards it is possible to summon him on turn 4.

I have not ruled out adding some green, if it helps me to ramp out more dragons faster.
