"Use Ex map or L-TP to grab" the use of abbreiations are not really useful to anyone but the writer and hinders a good reading experence

Smeagy88, Expedition Map and Long-Term Plans are the cards in reference, though I am sure you could figure it out with some time. I agree it isn't the best writing, but I can understand it, and never did Skillville claim this deck would have A+ writing. This is a good deck and should be left at that, but if you want to complain because you can't understand abbreviations, you do you.

Similarly to how an acronym is first introduced like Magic: The Gathering and later referenced as MTG, I too referenced the card name and later abbreviated it. I agree with Synergy in regards to the importance being the deck rather than reading about it. There isn't much to this deck to talk about other than swing and win.

SynergyBuild, I took some of your advice and made changes :)

+1 for Top deck matters deck and a deck name that is very befitting of the theme!
The deck looks strong and really fun (for you that is). Evil Laughter
I recently made a more casual and funky creatureless Yennett, Cryptic Sovereign deck with a similar "top deck matters" theme. She's certainly more restrictive than Narset and doesn't dig as deep as well.

Would love some suggestions and feedback from you since you've been piloting Narset for quite awhile now. Cheers!

I knew this would be Narset when I saw the Jesaki color pie and your deck name lol. I just put a Narset deck together in attempt to make a more casual version of it, which it is in comparison to a competitive version, but even my soft casual build is degenerate simply because her ability is degenerate lol. I went for budget enchantment good stuffs - no extra turns, no ramp, nothin lol but a handful of auras/equipments and enchantment that still get stupid once she is out. Given that, you probably wouldn't have many suggestions for a casual build when you are trying to have the strongest deck possible, but I'll link you anyway in case you have any insight and wanna check it out. +1'd!

Rise_of_the_Hangover love your deck! At first glance there isn't room for changes but I'll dissect it when I have some more time and comment on your page :) I too hate a less powerful version of Narset linked above called .5 which is equipment voltron and quite frankly.... is also degenerate lmao. It's just the nature of the beast.

You can run Dragon Breath as another easy haste enabler.

Dragon Breath is pretty good but the difference between that and any other haste enabler in the deck is I can have it on the field ahead of time so by the time I get 6 mana she already has haste. Dragon Breath, for the first cast, would require her to already be out UNLESS I had the rare hand where I had Lion's Eye Diamond on the field and was able to pitch Dragon Breath into the GY, cast Narset, then attach the aura. Since that scenario is less consistent I don't think its a good fit for this deck, but thank you for the suggestion :)

I have seen decks run Faithless Looting and other card filters that can discard so they can get to Narset faster run Dragon Breath, but normally are only for budget varients, as they can't afford the fast mana.

hey nik you need moxen opal and diamond. i know you own em gotta slot em. most cedh lists run 28 lands. maybe you can shy to 32, would put you four over the leading ones. and give you two more fast mana rocks. i normally play 30-31 lands in cedh as i like having lands ayyyy

Land that enter tapped aren't usually cEDH viable. While you could make an argument for Hall of the Bandit Lord, I would cut Clifftop Retreat, Glacial Fortress, and Sulfur Falls. You should definitely listen to Smeagy and put in Chrome Mox, Mox Diamond, Mox Opal in for those lands. Additionally, I'd cut Reflection Pool for Exotic Orchard. Does almost the exact same thing, but has a 3x more likely chance of turning on earlier thanks to your opponents playing things like City of Brass.

Thanks for the feedback. I can't recall a time I've ever had a land enter tapped aside from Hall. Right now I'm satisfied with the frequency of wins by turn 3 and not sure if the few percentage points 2 more rocks would be significantly noticable.

In a deck that is self-professed to be trying to end games quickly, both Lotus Blossom and Jeweled Amulet seem pretty bad. Lotus Blossom being much worse, Amulet just seeming like a subpar rock. One of them could be a Mox Opal, which would almost always be on given the number of artifacts in the deck and the other could just be any other rock, Fellwar Stone let's say.

I took out Brainstorm for Jeweled Amulet. Lotus Blossom helps recast her the next turn if answered. I wouldn't expect you to understand. Sometimes it's hard for others to know why cards are in a deck, but generally, there is a reason. This is a glass cannon build. I don't like Mox Opal and including that card in any deck won't make or break it.

"I wouldn't expect you to understand." ~'Person who thinks they are smarter than you' response by a guy who swapped out Brainstorm, a card is good for his deck because he could put big spells in his hand he wanted to cast into a stack for his general to free cast...for Jeweled Amulet, a jank mana rock in almost any circumstance, this one included. Also doesn't 'like' Mox Opal despite it clearly being great for their deck. Also, a guy who had to be told he should run LED and shouldn't run Eldrazi Conscription in a Narset deck.
Lol ok. Why am I not surprised you're actually a 20y+ forever bad player? I should have guessed as much from your page summary and decks names like 'Flex' for 'showing people what's up' and just not even bothered.

KaervektheMediocre nah, the key is to have your opponents play magic, and just play with yourself (that could be taken wrong without context).
