Deck appears to be a bit grindy, which isn't a problem if you're okay with that, but just know that people don't tend to favor grind-fest decks (I know from playing standard Maze's End Sultai Control). You seem to have some solid win-cons, but I would personally only run 3 Prognostic Sphinx
es, as seeing one in your opener will be painful, and flooding on them can be kind of boring, but end the game faster. Also, I'd drop 2 Silence the Believers
as they are very mana intensive. Also, 3 Kiora, the Crashing Wave
will be kinda heavy on her, meaning there's a fair chance you'll see more than you need.
If you agree with my cuts, I'd suggest 2 Extinguish All Hope s, for mass board-hate, 1 AEtherspouts for massive tempo, and because Extinguish All Hope doesn't hit enchantments (which helps you with the coursers), and 1 Haunted Plate Mail as he's resilient to sweepers and he's a decent blocker or finisher.

Thanks for the suggestions Kasres and Much . I put this down just to get this main ideal of the deck. I took most of your suggestions and the deck looks a little bit better for when I start play testing it. Any suggestions toward the sideboard? I have no ideal what to put in for the sideboard for control matchup and for midrange decks

1x Treasure Cruise is going to be really powerful in pretty much any deck running blue.

granted Divination doesn't have delve, but is drawing 1 more card worth 5 more cmc? why not just add a 3rd Divination as opposed to 1 Treasure Cruise ?

I would consider 1-2 drown in sorrow as well as 2-3 disciple of deceit for this deck drastically improving all match ups .not a huge fan of counter spells atm due to the tap out frequency.
id love u to give ur oppinion on minehttp://tappedout.net/mtg-decks/24-09-14-makin-waves/

happykilling Drown in Sorrow main board? With this new standard I could see it killing a morph creature or a mana dork but nothing big. And Disciple of Deceit seems good but I feel it doesn't have a place in this deck. Thanks for the suggestions, I see where your coming from with Drown in Sorrow

with popularity of aggro and tempo decks on the rise i expect drown in sorrow to become a requirement in the mainboard

and i understand what u mean about disciple of deceit its a wierd card but extremely effective discarding a downfall to get a drown in sorrow or ashiok or courser or any combination it allows you flexibility to get what u need in the game

seems fun a definitive +1 from me. I might drop Garuk to a 1of and raise villainous wealth to 2. besides that it looks solid.

Marvin5555 Good Ideal, With abzan being a common thing it looked like at my fnm it might be worth it for a mainboard card and at least sideboard. docdhaenens Thanks for the +1 and the suggestion! I havent really decided on if i want one or two Garruk, Apex Predator With him as a two of right now i find him in my opening hand two much or just as an early draw and then as a one of i rarely get him. Ill also play test with the two Villainous Wealth

Needs more win-con, less prognostic sphinx. 4x Silence the Believers also seems a bit hefty to me.
