A Cooperative or Solitaire game for 1-6 players. Game Rules as follows:
-SET UP-
Team 1 = Zombie Horde deck 100 cards with 50x Zombie Tokens, 10x Zombie Giant Tokens, & 40x other zombie-related cards, some of which are more zombie creatures, some of which are spells. No lands.
Team 2 = All Players (aka: The Survivors)
SURVIVORS GAMEPLAY
GENERAL:
A) Each player uses his/her own deck of any format. Players must use the same format.
B) Shared Starting Life Total: 20 (6 players), 30 (5 players), 40 (4 players), 50 (3 players), 60 (2 players), or 70 (1 player).
C) Players may reveal any card at any time.
OFFENSE:
A) All players take turns simultaneously & attack as a team.
B) All players take X turns before The Horde takes its first turn where X = 0 (6 players), 1 (5 players), 2 (4 players), 3 (3 players), 4 (2 players), or 5 (1 player).
DEFENSE:
A) All players block as a team.
HORDE DECK GAMEPLAY
GENERAL:
A) The Horde has infinite mana of all colors as long as there is at least one card in the Library. No cards in Library = no mana.
B) The Horde had no Life Total.
C) All Horde choices must be made randomly.
D) Dead token creatures are exiled.
E) The Horde wins by killing the Survivors.
F) The Horde loses by having its library Milled AND all Horde creatures are dead.
G) The Horde begins play with 1x Apocalypse Emblem on the battlefield (see Horde Offense)
H) At the beginning of each Horde upkeep, place 1x Zombie Surge Counter on the battlefield for each Player in the game, then when there are 10 or more Zombie Surge Counters on the battlefield, remove 10 counters and give the Horde another Apocalypse Emblem.
OFFENSE:
A) Apocalypse Emblems read: At the beginning of the Horde's turn, it draws cards until X non-token cards are drawn, where X is the number of Apocalypse Emblems on the battlefield. All tokens drawn + the non-token card(s) are then cast. Order of operations = Enchantments > Sorceries > Creatures > Tokens.
B) All Horde creatures have Haste.
C) All Horde creatures must attack each turn if able.
D) Cards with Flashback costs are paid immediately upon entering the graveyard but are exiled with Suspend: 2.
E) The Horde does not pay Cycling costs. All other payable abilities are immediately paid an infinite amount of possible times.
G) If Survivors have two or more players AND/OR one or more planeswalkers on the battlefield, each attacking zombie will randomly choose which possible target to attack. Each player and each planeswalker is a possible target.
DEFENSE:
A) Damage dealt to Horde = that many cards are milled.
B) Horde creatures can only regenerate if The Horde has one or more cards in its library.
C) Any life gained by The Horde = return that many cards from bottom of the Graveyard to the Library, then shuffle the Library.
OPTIONS FOR AN EASIER GAME
A) Increase Survivors Starting Life Total.
B) Increase number of initial Survivor turns.
OPTIONS FOR A HARDER GAME
A) Decrease Survivors Starting Life Total.
B) Decrease number of initial Survivor turns.
C) Dead token creatures go to the Graveyard.
D) Increase Apocalypse Emblems to start game.
