My take on a mill deck with Drowned Secrets and Psychic Corrosion as the centerpieces. The goal is to mill the opponent. The deck is not intended as self-mill. What do you think about the amount of counters and soft removals? Do you have any ideas for the sideboard?

After some testing I came to the conclusion that playing 4x Murmuring Mystic is right. I did not win a single game where I wasn't stalling the board with a Murmuring Mystic that the opponent wasn't able to remove.

I added 3x Thoughtbound Phantasm because I needed more early plays that prevented me from falling too far behind. They also work well with Sinister Sabotage.

I also added 1x Mission Briefing which proved to be very versatile. Most of the time there's already card-filtering, a counterspell and a bounce spell in the graveyard. There was no single game where I was not happy to draw it. It also synergizes with Thoughtbound Phantasm.

There are some other slight changes and I trimmed down on Psychic Corrosion as the deck needed more interaction in the early game. It's ok to draw the milling pieces later in the game, when you already stabilized the game behind a Murmuring Mystic.

That's all for now. This deck is still very much a work in progress and has struggle to compete with the top decks on Magic Arena like green stompy, boros mentor, selesnya tokens, izzet burn or teferi control.

Because of the heavy reliance on Murmuring Mystic the question arises whether it makes sense to play mill in the first place. It may be simply better to play a Murmuring Mystic spellslinger deck (like izzet pyromancer in modern) or a Murmuring Mystic midrange deck (like mardu pyromancer in modern).
