To start you may be wondering why Grim Flayer is in the maybeboard and not the deck. Costs too much. :)
This deck just uses landfall, land grab, return land from graveyard.
Use cards like Vessel of Nascency and Grapple with the Past to filter the deck.
Landfall cards to deal damage, buff creatures, gain life.
The Gitrog Monster combined with Groundskeeper is a no brainer.
Evolving Wilds is a useful card with landfall as it counts as 2 lands entering the battlefield.
Tireless Tracker is just an awesome card.
All in all this deck is super fun to play, and pretty cheap too.
