Basically, the idea behind this deck is to get lazav out quickly, and then mill opponents to try to steal big creatures out of their decks. From there things can go very differently depending on who your playing against, as lazav can be virtually any creature in the game. Usually it either wins through commander damage after stealing a big beater, or through decking opponents out while using lazav to steal their threats and hold off your opponents. It has a side element of mind control effects to stop creatures that hit the field before you can mill them, and some counterspells to stop noncreature threats.
